Santa Cruz de Tenerife, July 2015.- After his management roles at the Hotel Hesperia in Madrid and Don Pepe in Marbella, Saad Azzam has been appointed as General Manager of the Gran Hotel Bahía del Duque Resort (www.bahia-duque.com), property of the Grupo CIO.
Saad, who began his career as a resident manager in the Hotel Palacio de Carmona in Seville, has had a brilliant career in upper level management positions in national and international hotels, such as the Occidental Grand Hotel of Atlanta (USA), Hesperia Puerto de la Cruz Hotel & Casino Resort (Venezuela), Hesperia Isla Margarita Golf & Spa, or the prestigious Hesperia Madrid, chain with whom he stayed until 2009, when he was appointed GM of the Hotel Don Pepe in Marbella.
Saad Azzam, born in November 1967, married with two children, graduated in Hotel Management from the École Hôtelière de Lausanne (Switzerland) and has a diploma in Tourism from the International Institute of Tourism of Tangier (Morocco), has been appointed as the General Manager of the Gran Hotel Bahía del Duque at a great moment for the emblematic hotel establishment, located in the south of Tenerife, property of the Grupo CIO.
